Application:

Mainly used as an additive in polyurethane industry, can also be used as a high efficiency catalyst, antioxidant, polyurethane synthesis and room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber catalyst. Stannous caprylate has greater catalytic activity than dibutyltin dilaurate during curing. If the two are used in combination, the effect is better than that used alone, and the reaction speed and curing speed can be taken into account. Since tin bivalent compounds are easy to be oxidized and decomposed by oxygen and water vapor in the air, they must be sealed to avoid high temperature and excessive humidity when stored for nitrogen protection, in case of decreased activity or failure.

 

PACKAGING AND STORAGE:

This product is packed with inner coated iron drum with net weight of 220KG per barrel. When storing in a cool, dry and ventilated place, light loading and unloading should be carried. Damage of packaging should be prohibited during transportation. The storage period is 18 months.
